Fortem Capital is a company founded in 2018 by Miguel Sánchez Navarro Madero that has the objective of managing private capital funds for real estate investment in Mexico, in order to develop real estate investment programs in a comprehensive way, generating value and strengthening the relationship with investors by providing quality services with profitable results. In 2018, they began in Baja California Sur with projects such as Al Mar residential and Hotel Perla in La Paz, Hotel Tropicana Inn, and now together with Central de Arquitectura; Point Nima in San José del Cabo
