The affiliation brings one of the world’s most recognized luxury real estate brands to Los Cabos, while allowing Oceanside to continue serving the community with the same local leadership, trusted relationships, and hands-on service.
Founded in 2017 by husband-and-wife team Dennis and Renee Fleming, Oceanside Real Estate has evolved from a boutique local brokerage into one of Los Cabos’ leading independent luxury real estate firms. Over the past five years, the company has expanded from five agents to 35, with 2025 marking its strongest year to date at $110 million in annual sales volume — reflecting the firm’s continued momentum in the Los Cabos luxury market.
With deep expertise in luxury transactions, pre-construction sales, resort golf communities, and branded residential developments, the company has built a collaborative, full-service platform designed to serve buyers, sellers, and developers across the region’s most sought-after communities. As part of its next phase, Christie’s International Real Estate | Oceanside Los Cabos is expanding its internal structure and launching a dedicated development sales division.
The announcement comes as Los Cabos continues to experience strong growth as a luxury real estate destination. Over the past decade, Los Cabos has evolved from a regional resort destination into one of Mexico’s premier international lifestyle markets, attracting buyers from the United States, Canada, and around the world.
The growth has been driven by increased global demand, strong air connectivity, lifestyle migration, luxury resort communities, golf, oceanfront living, and the continued rise of branded residences.
As part of Christie’s International Real Estate’s invitation-only affiliate network, Christie’s International Real Estate | Oceanside Los Cabos will have access to a global network spanning nearly 50 countries and territories, international marketing resources, referral opportunities, and a direct connection to the Christie’s auction house, one of the most recognized names in luxury, art, and global wealth.

For Dennis and Renee, the affiliation represents both a business milestone and a personal one. Renee moved to Los Cabos from California in 2006 after building a background in real estate appraisals, mixed-use development, and mortgage financing. Dennis relocated to Los Cabos in 2008 and became deeply involved in the local real estate market. The couple later married on Médano Beach and have since built their business and family life in the community.
Before founding Oceanside Real Estate, Dennis and Renee were involved in sales for major master-planned resort communities, including Hacienda Beach Club and Residences, 1 Homes Cabo, The Cape Residences, and El Encanto de la Laguna, gaining firsthand experience in the luxury resort and branded residential transactions that now define much of the Los Cabos market.
The newly rebranded Christie’s International Real Estate | Oceanside Los Cabos will continue to operate with a full-service model that includes luxury real estate brokerage, property management, and high-end vacation rentals through its luxury rental division, Arch Cabo Luxury Rentals. This allows the company to support clients throughout the full ownership experience from buying and selling to renting, managing, and enjoying their homes in Los Cabos.
In addition to real estate, the Flemings are also active in the local community. They own Oceanside Art Gallery, located next to their San José del Cabo office in the Gallery District, and recently established Caring for Cabo, a charitable initiative supporting local philanthropic efforts.
