Her career spans California, Nevada, and Mexico, where she has represented everything from expansive ranch properties and resort assets to new construction developments and multi-million-dollar luxury homes. As both an entrepreneur and broker, Terri understands the financial, strategic, and personal sides of every transaction.

After first moving to Los Cabos in 2008 and returning permanently in 2018, Terri blends cross-border experience with genuine local insight. Today, she specializes in Cabo’s premier luxury communities, including Palmilla and Quivira, guiding buyers through each step with clarity, discretion, and thoughtful care.
