Real Estate AdvisorBorn an Air Force “brat” Penny has lived all over the world but Cabo San Lucas became her permanent home over 38 years ago.
In 1999, Penny began her real estate career in Cabo. We were just getting introduced to working with computers and the real estate industry began to change. That first couple of years Penny was one of the top producers for Coldwell Banker’s first franchise here and was invited to attend the franchise’s national convention in Tampa, Fla.
These days, Penny is focused on the luxury real estate market selling land and homes on the Pacific Corridor between Cabo and Todos Santos.
One of her passions is self sustainable living which she has been doing for 37 years.
