About Gianno Buonaguro

Gianno was born and raised in New York City and was born into his Italian family restaurant business before moving out west to Las Vegas in 1991. From there, Gianno carried on his 45-year successful family restaurant business in Las Vegas until 1998. During his time in Vegas, he noticed the fast-paced growth of Las Vegas and knew Real Estate would be his chosen path.

Gianno started his professional Real Estate career in 1998 in Las Vegas, NV. Then, in 2005, he became a licensed Real Estate Agent in Phoenix, AZ. Gianno has been visiting Los Cabos for over 20 years and is excited to now help past, present, and future clients covering all the wonderful areas that make up Baja Sur. With Gianno, you get the full package. He specializes in all areas of Real Estate for over 25 years. Gianno is excited to share the “Real Estate” experience as Los Cabos is one of the fastest-growing cities in all of Mexico.

Gianno's background covers Residential, Land, Investment properties (Return On Investment- ROI), Development, Vacation Programs, High Rise, Preconstruction, and Flipping. Gianno is very active and outgoing and has made Los Cabos his home, traveling back and forth to Las Vegas as Los Cabos has become the place to be. You can always ask Gianno where the best restaurants and golf courses are because his passion is food, golf, and real estate.

Gianno takes pride in knowing his craft, as through the years, it has been very important to take care of the client first. Relationships are really what Real Estate is all about, as this is the driving force he always achieves. Clients have become friends over the years, and friendships are everything, just like family. Family, in essence, is real estate since the objective is to take care of families in finding their real estate dreams fulfilled. Gianno is a member of A.M.P.I. (Mexican Association of Real Estate Professionals) and an active MLS member. Gianno holds a degree in Business Management with a minor in Finance.
