Amelia Neff (Hemsley) is a luxury real estate specialist based in San José del Cabo, where she has lived full-time for the past eight years. A Pepperdine University graduate (2019), she is deeply passionate about bringing the highest level of professionalism to every transaction, ensuring her clients feel fully informed and confident in making one of the most important decisions of their lives.

She specializes in premier communities throughout San José del Cabo, the Corridor, Cabo San Lucas, and the Pacific side, including Palmilla, Querencia, Puerto Los Cabos, El Dorado, Chileno Bay, Maravilla, Twin Dolphin, Costa Palmas, Pedregal, Diamante, Quivira, and Rancho San Lucas.
