Victor Patenaude is a 20-year practicing attorney from California. Having spent over 30 years in Los Cabos, he has extensive knowledge of the area, its growth history, and potential, as well as an in-depth understanding of the buying process of real estate in Baja California Sur, Mexico. In addition to his law practice, he decided to become an agent and join the real estate industry to aid sellers and buyers in the ever-increasing real estate market in Los Cabos, just like his father did in 1993.
