Say hello to Rick Stone, a licensed Broker from the Washington, DC area who began his real estate career in 1995 as a full time, licensed professional. Following a fishing trip to Cabo in 2004, Rick decided the Los Cabos paradise lifestyle was where he wanted to continue his love of working with others to find the home of their dreams.
Rick’s passion for helping others is showcased well in his past of teaching skiing in Michigan and Vail, Colorado, as a mechanic for an Indy-winning race car team, a volunteer firefighter, teaching sailing and boating in Florida, partner in a local restaurant in Cabo, and as a team leader and mentor here in Los Cabos to fellow agents.
Many know Rick as that guy you see with all the German Shepherds, walking around the area. At current count, there are 9 members of his furry family, all adopted from the Los Cabos area.
Rick completed numerous NAR courses including Certified Residential Specialist, Certified International Property Specialist, Second and Resort Property Specialist, and Certified Negotiation Specialist to name just a few. Providing his clients with a seamless and stress-free transaction has always been his goal.
