Originally from British Columbia Canada, Helen Crane has been visiting the Baja Sur for over 7 years with her family. Her love for the culture, community, beautiful sunny weather and sightlines naturally guided her to settle in Los Cabos as a full-time resident!

As a former Sales Coach and trainer in the sales industry and as a successful business owner for the last 12 years, she has helped train hundreds of sales professionals on an International level. Through her drive and dedication, she successfully positioned their company as a Top 5 ranked corporation nationally in Operating Profit and Top 3 ranked in the Province of British Columbia.

Most importantly, over the last two decades, she has amassed a wealth of experience in both residential and commercial real estate transactions through her own personal journey as an Entrepreneur. Having purchased investment properties, along with a primary residence in Cabo San Lucas, Helen brings her unique and extensive personal experiences which help provide expert guidance and clarity on both the acquisition and transition process of moving to Mexico as a foreigner.
