Gerardo first discovered Cabo in 2014 and fell in love with the culture and lifestyle. That’s when he started making plans to make the move to Los Cabos, today he is a full time resident since October of 2015. Gerardo was born in León, Guanajuato and when he was 11 his parents sent him and his brother to study in Texas for a better opportunity. Gerardo’s education began in a military school in San Antonio and from there he went on to graduate from Texas A&M with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology. Gerardo is fully bilingual with 31 years of professional business experience in the United States and Mexico. After living in Los Cabos for six years Gerardo developed a passion for Real Eatate and joined Oceanside team to peruse that dream.
Over the years, Gerardo has overseen agricultural, manufacturing, and product distribution, and involved in management and sales of agricultural products, leather hides, life insurance, automobiles, nutritional products, fine art, and most recently became a partner with Baja Beans Roasting Company, a local coffee distribution company in Pescadero.
Gerardo’s strongest attribute is always making time to help his clients achieve there goals as if they were his own. Gerardo’s experience and knowledge allows him to communicate the differences in owning in Cabo versus the United States and Canada, guiding his clients through the purchasing or selling process, and helping them find the beat property that suits there needs while putting there minds at ease.
