Florencia is a natural communicator allowing her to befriend people quickly in English, Portuguese, Italian, German and Spanish. She uses her languages to help her clients buy, sell, and invest wisely. With her two decades of experience in marketing, sales, and coaching and international travel aligns exceptionally well to servicing real estate customers and working with other realtors.
Florencia was born in Argentina and spent the last two decades in the United States. It was US where she was first received her Real Estate license from the state of New York. Many years later after buying her first home in Los Cabos she found the passion for helping others witness the potential of homeownership in the Los Cabos market.
When Florencia isn’t making homeowners dreams come true, she enjoys teaching Spanish to the expat community. She also enjoys learning to play cello, staying fit and healthy and visiting family around the world.
