Carol started her Los Cabos journey as an expat from Toronto Canada; she came for better weather and never left! Her background in real estate is about twenty plus years as both a mortgage agent and a Toronto-area house flipper. Carol has owned property in both Cabo San Lucas and San Jose del Cabo; she knows these sister cities and the surrounding areas extremely well.

Real estate was always her destiny, her brother Erik is a top producer in Toronto, and her mother was a realtor with a fifty-year-long career in real estate. “I guess I come by it honestly”!
